Visual Communication – What Is It?

Visual Communication is the physical conveyance of information and ideas in forms that are visible. Visual Communication in full or part relies on visual senses. The more developed a person’s vision is, the better they can convey their thoughts and ideas. A well-developed eye, especially for fine details like details in architecture or weaponry, allows the audience to easily understand what the writer is trying to say, although many still depend on textual sources for this part of the communication process.
Visuals have been used in communication since the ancient world. In fact, much of the Western history and technology can be credited to the use of visuals as a way to relay messages and ideas.
